Line-by-line zooming out behaves strange #69

Zooming with mouse wheel (cursor approximately 1/3 from right border, vertically centered): grafik

Would expect some regularity here, e.g. the top left corner of the image to remain in the same position, i.e. for zooming out only scaling but fixed top left corner - or to be consistent with the zoom buttons in the tool bar: keep the focus point in the center of the snipped and only zoom in/out at this position.

For zooming in, the focus point should indeed be the position of the mouse cursor.

Suggestion for quick fix alternative: disable zooming for mouse gestures.
