Display of tables cells #77

For tables structured with table cells (XML tags

instead of ), display options should be found. An easy way would be to take any no matter in which container it resides.

If tabled pages are segmented by text regions, transcriptions could already be done. Table example see https://transkribus.eu/readTest/edit/2305/25238
