proposals for layout shapes editing tools #135

joining text regions results in a polygon. it would be nice to have a tool that transforms a polygon into a rectangle that covers the area of that polygon.

also useful in related scenarios would be a tool that expands a shape to the area of all its child nodes.

for consolidating the results of olr, a tool in the layout tab that allows to delete all shapes that are not within the area of the selected shape seems desirable. eg. one would select the printspace and get rid of false positives like from color control patches.
