UI issues with desktop scaling factor on Windows 10 #186

There were reports that parts of the UI are not shown correctly on some Windows 10 laptops with hidpi displays.

I assume this occurs when the desktop scaling factor is set to values above 100% in the Windows display settings. Affected parts include the HTR configuration dialog, i.e. the Dictionary combo box.
