Text Tagging Table - sorting is overruled by adding new tags #210

How to reproduce (snapshot v1.4.3.2)

Sort the "Tags of current Transcript Table" by Tag
Add a new tag in the transcription window

The new tag appears in the list on the correct position according to location, the previously triggered sorting order (by Tag) is lost, i.e. overruled by default sorting (by ID).

Expected behavior: keep the user-specified sorting order
