[ ] canvas settings
[ ] transcription widget settings

Started on this here, including the proxy settings: 228fee0896d8e95683fa69da49ba9232ad1cbf16 This was meant to be a tabbed settings dialog with OK, Apply, Reset, Cancel buttons but most settings now are stored immediately on user input which does not fit this scheme. Maybe it can still be of some use though...
