CITlab HTR: Structure selection from config dialog is not used #316

Job configuration on the server does not contain the data from the user selection in the config composite. The whole page is processed regardless of the structure tags selected. Might be an issue with storing it to TextRecognitionConfig upon the "Run" button click.
