Consider whether we should do something about deafness #104

As pointed out in https://github.com/NCATSTranslator/Feedback/issues/286#issuecomment-1579007519, "some people believe that deafness is neither a disability nor a burden; maybe avoid the perception we are taking a position on that". A lot of terms have deafness as a synonym. Is there some middle ground we can take -- not blocking the term, but providing some context for its use.
