gene normalization not working on dev instance

I tried to plug NCBIGene:1017 into both the prod and dev instances:

• PROD: https://nodenormalization-sri.renci.org/1.2/get_normalized_nodes?curie=NCBIGene:1017 (works)
• DEV: https://nodenormalization-dev.apps.renci.org/1.2/get_normalized_nodes?curie=NCBIGene:1017 (empty result)

To confirm I got the calling syntax right, I tried with MONDO:0002629 and both my dev and prod calls seem to work:

• PROD: https://nodenormalization-sri.renci.org/1.2/get_normalized_nodes?curie=MONDO:0002629 (works)
• DEV: https://nodenormalization-dev.apps.renci.org/1.2/get_normalized_nodes?curie=MONDO:0002629 (works)

Seems like it affects all gene/protein identifiers, since these also return empty results:

• DEV (HGNC): https://nodenormalization-dev.apps.renci.org/1.2/get_normalized_nodes?curie=HGNC:1771
• DEV (UniProtKB): https://nodenormalization-dev.apps.renci.org/1.2/get_normalized_nodes?curie=UniProtKB:P24941

the dev version of node norm (https://nodenormalization-dev.apps.renci.org/1.2/) seems to be working fine now. sorry for the delay
