The gene and protein for SHANK3 are not being linked/conflated in node normalizer

• https://nodenormalization-sri.renci.org/1.3/get_normalized_nodes?curie=UniProtKB:Q9BYB0&conflate=true (same as prod)
• https://nodenormalization-sri.renci.org/1.3/get_normalized_nodes?curie=NCBIGene:85358&conflate=true (same as prod)

More info: HGNC:14294 has mappings to both UniProtKB:Q9BYB0 and NCBIGene:85358. NCBIGene has the same links back to HGNC and UniProtKB, though it looks like UniProtKB only has links to HGNC and not NCBIGene.
