config.json currently only lists two data files: Gene.txt and Protein.txt. For KGX generation to work in this repository (and possibly for other parts of this code to work normally?), I'm replacing this with the list of all the compendia files generated by Babel 2022dec2. If this is incorrect, no worries -- I can change how this works when I move the KGX code into Babel (as per #95).
