UMLS:C4715636 ("Enforcement of vehicle emissions standards") is being classified as a biolink:PhenotypicFeature for some reason in Babel 2023may18-3: https://nodenormalization-dev.apps.renci.org/1.3/get_normalized_nodes?curie=UMLS%3AC4715636&conflate=true
I assume this is because UMLS:C4715636 is classified as semantic type T033 "Finding", which... probably shouldn't be a phenotypic feature. Needs more investigation.
