UMLS/GO? #78

Open cbizon opened 3 years ago

cbizon commented 3 years ago

UMLS:C1149827 is acetylcholinesterase activity, and so is GO:0003990, but we don't have this in NN

cbizon commented 3 years ago

UMLS is not a valid prefix for molecular activity in biolink.

No longer blocked, but not fixed in prod.

We now have UMLS:C1149827 included as part of the leftover UMLS dataset (https://nodenormalization-dev.apps.renci.org/1.3/get_normalized_nodes?curie=UMLS%3AC1149827&conflate=true) and GO:0003990 included as part of process (https://nodenormalization-dev.apps.renci.org/1.3/get_normalized_nodes?curie=GO%3A0003990&conflate=true), but they haven't been combined. GO:0003990 has xrefs to REACT:R-HSA-372519, MetaCyc:ACETYLCHOLINESTERASE-RXN, RHEA:17561 and EC:3.1.1.7; I'm not sure why UMLS is missing from that list. I'll investigate this further.
