Approach: SmallMolecule → drug conflation in NN, with Vlado providing the mappings

We have information from Vlado, which is fine. But based on my poking around, I feel like we could pretty easily generate some mappings using rxnorm.

@jdr0887 is working on generalizing the conflation infrastructure within the nodenorm tool. Once he has that, we should be able to implement this conflation pretty easily...
