PR https://github.com/TranslatorSRI/SRI_testing/pull/31 and https://github.com/TranslatorSRI/SRI_testing/pull/32 have developed a web service interface to back end Pytests running as a background Workflow child process. The whole system is (docker-compose) dockerized. This issue is resolved.
