Some SRI Reference KGX file graph node ids are full URI’s, not CURIEs. How should we handle these? #13

Can CURIE namespaces be better documented for the various SRI reference graph node identifiers? Is the presence of such identifiers within the KGX dump just an ETL error or a KGX bug?
