Fluent Design option is not working

• Windows build number: 2004
• Steps to reproduce: Check the Fluent option in Regular tab
• Expected results: The taskbar should look like the fluent design
• Actual results: The taskbar becomes clear.

If using the normal style also makes the taskbar become clear, this is probably caused by system hardware acceleration being broken.
