Publish new maven/jcenter artifacts #102

The currently published artifacts are quite old. For example they still use the "aglover/java8-pier" image for Java 8. Would it be possible to publish newer artifacts? Thanks!

We are fully aware of the artifacts being old. However we are currently taking care of some late fixes to be included in an 1.3 release, upcoming soon with no exact date set
