Added instruction to set tag version (default :latest) #5

At the moment one can only create images with the ":latest" tag version (the information that in docker images output is in the TAG column). Here I created too new method:

setTagVersion("1.2"): set the version to '1.2'
setTagVersionToLatest(): set the version to 'latest'
