Added variables to help for future releases of Plex Added various debug messages Added various checks and "pauses" to ensure Plex has fully loaded before running

Fixed Stats plugin Fixed TVDB plugin Fixed TMDB plugin Fixed Trakt plugin Fixed Missing Episodes/Seasons plugin

Changed all plugin styles to match existing elements, rather that declaring styles/classes specifically
