Not profile menus #112

Added JS for notification menu and profile menu drop downs.
Added notifications (resource_requests) to menu.
Added links to profile menu

TODO: differentiate between member/org agent to link to different dashboard in menu

@philtuskha I tried to resolve the conflicts in views but might have screwed something up. Can you sync with master locally make a new branch/PR (or otherwise get it green)?
