As a member, I want to be able to search for an organization, so I can give access to an org that hasn't already requested or been given access.

On the member organizations page, there's a listing of "available" orgs, so the functionality provided by the search is already available in the listing. The search is a way to find an org quickly when the org list is long.

Yes to this, but this is not MVP so can go to back burner.

Its possible to see all organizations. When the system expands beyond 100 organizations an organization search will become necessary.
