Go to member dashboard at end of member signup. #116

After the member has finished the signup process through the org, the interface should redirect to the dashboard.

If signup took place under the org login, it will redirect back to the org dashboard.
If signup took place separately (e.g. via QR link on the member's phone) it will redirect back to the member dashboard.

Single solution: Redirect back to the app homepage, which redirects to the correct dashboard if logged in.
