Model For Resoure Grant To Organizations

This pull request:

• creates a ResourceGrant model to keep track of which Organization has access to which resources for a user
• lists each of the resources that an Organization has access to for a user on the organization dashboard page

@aviars it sounds like there are a few behaviours there.

1. a potential relation between users representing an individual at an organization a member is working with
2. contact information for an organization (phone and location)
3. created_at or similar timestamp for the ResourceGrant (the who is and always will be the user who owns the resource)

I've created #18 and #17 to cover 1 and 2 respectively.

@dchukhin would you update the ResourceGrant model to include a timestamp?
