Simplify User/Member/Organizations/Resources Relationships

In order to make the relationships between Users, Organizations, and ResourceRequests more normalized and less confusing,

[ ] Merge UserProfile and Member model under the UserProfile (no more Member model)
[ ] Remove .organizations attribute from that relationship – covered by ResourceGrants
[ ] Change Organization.users to Organization.agents for clarity (reverse as User.organizations_as_agent)
[ ] Add Organization.members (reverse as User.organizations_as_member)
[ ] Remove ResourceGrants model, make sure records are represented as Organization.members

This is the refactoring we spoke of. Also to add to that list is to have separate templates for our two user classes in most views. Yea the ResourceGrants model in general is confusing and not really needed.

I'd really like to tackle this before going live. Spliting out templates based on usertype also a good idea.
