We should highlight new sections or updated sections since the last time a person has visiting an article. This could be done pretty easily by storing the last time a user visiting each article - then ensuring the components of an article have timestamps and comparing them.
In term of UX/UI - we should likely have a link on the first page of the article saying "you last saw this on 2016-01-01 " or if it's the same date, just include the time. Then say there are # updates since you last came.
