'richer' install prompt on Chrome for Android 90+ #98

As per https://twitter.com/ChromiumDev/status/1376472636058927104, users will be able to get a 'richer' install prompt on Google Chrome for Android (Chrome 90+) when installing TransportVic as a PWA.

To comply with the new 'prompt' I've added 5 screenshots as well as the screenshot tags in the manifest file to the pull request

Added some commits for the new platform at Merinda Park, looks like I'll have to fix up Tarneit's bus bays a bit later when I can get my head around the new bay and somehow how Bay 6 got mixed up... remind me I've got the pic in my camera roll

Gonna close this as I've stuffed up enough of this PR.... also I have no clue how to work Git (should've made new branches lol)
