Auction System #22

A feature that will allow players to auction off items that they have in their inventory. They need to define the item, starting price, and when they want it to end.

Linking to my comment of #20 with regards to the sell shop, the 2 systems could work together?

@Wild1145 A GUI to see current auctions would be a good idea. Managing multiple auctions through the command-line would get quite messy with the chat going on.
