Colour MOTD #35

Like a lot of plugins out there, this needs to be able to colourize the MOTD of the server.

Actually, this isn't needed. Since the plugin handles the MOTD itself, it isn't needed to have the feature integrated as the MOTD in server.properties shouldn't be used. If for some reason it is needed, we can always use a hacky solution instead.
