Upgrade site to use latest Azure Maps SDK for React #747

A new version of the Azure Maps react component is available

Have updated to latest Azure Maps react version, but there is also a new version of the Azure-Maps-Control (2.2.0) that is not yet compatible with the React-Azure-Maps component. Waiting for a new version of that to become available.
