Add Game Tilepath to QBE Output #66

We should include the full game filepath with tiles we upload to the wiki.

Note that this will start working for net new images, but existing images won't get the update unless we do some extra work to check and update the existing image message. Right now, QBE just doesn't upload anything if the image hasn't changed.
