NEW THINGS!

Includes wlchannel branch (wireless channel selection)
Replace CASSIDY flag with two submenus for "3rd trill" and "bcas mode" (the latter controls the brSuck/fastpatch behaviour)
Replace CVSCALEBOARD flag with a DAC MODE submenu
Menu option for fast boot to miminize startup delay (if restarting when performing)
Restructure EEPROM reset to better deal with version upgrades
Some changes in defined constants and stuff

Added some more thingies:

Moving LED handling to it's own file just because
Fix some compiler warnings
Bring filters into project to not depend on external library being properly set up
Handle changed 3rd trill key interval properly in both places
