Sorry, I am a little bit confused here. So there is only 1 type of target user and the person must meet all the criteria listed here or there are multiple target users?

Team's Response

The team believe that this is not confusing to understand that the target user is someone who meets all the conditions list in the document. There is also quite a bit of overlap between the different criterias listed, such as typing fast, preferring typing to mouse interactions and comfort in using CLI apps.
