Revise .travis.yml to build for both linux amd64 and arm64 #40

I am a newbie with travis CI so you may know better how to configure the build for both amd64 and arm64 but this seemed pretty straightforward other than the duplication of the before_install instruction (arm64 needed zip installed too).
