Why is HotswapAgent disabled by default? #49

I am curious about why this is the default behavior? the main reason to use this JDK is because of the Agent

Trava can be used as standard JDK with option of advanced redefinition. If it is so, then java tools like javac, jps, jstack uses TravaJDK and would load HotswapAgent, that is pretty confusing.
