HDX/Visualization: Colors to indicate traversal order for graph traversals #25

Future enhancement: color code visited vertices to give more indication of traversal order. Perhaps a gradation from red through purples to blue. I think this would give some meaningful feedback.

Also: color them in the waypoint table instead of hiding and possibly include the traversal order numbering in the table.

Color gradients used in SFC traversals could be useful here.

@MikePlekan this might be one you could look at with your experience using the rainbow coloring in other AVs
