An RCB AV is the first in the pipeline for #23.

Some things to do:

[ ] Check on supporting then possibly implementing arbitrary numbers of partitions (not just powers of 2) by doing weighted splits (for example, a 3-way split would be achieved by a a split where 2/3 go into one partition, the 1/3 to the other, followed by a regular 2-way split of the larger.
[ ] A good color scale at the end.
