HDX/AV: Vertex selector using labels #523

Idea: a second field on vertex selectors to allow a user to type part of the waypoint labels and have options to choose with an autocomplete like we have for graph selection on the Basic Search.

A variation on this is being added to the vertex selector conditional callback infrastructure.
