wpt editor: No "selection cross" on initial loading #321

When loading wpt editor for the first time, the mouse icon on the map is not the + but the "hand" icon. When the first wp is added (or a route is loaded), the right icon is shown and it also remains correct when you press "clear".

Just a minor issue, low priority

I'm guessing this is a Leaflet default behavior, since I don't think I ever added any code specifically to modify cursors.

But the cursor icon changes when we add the first wp. I think that Leflet does not react on our wps / graphs.
