Stats restricted to systems/regions/etc of interest

Some recent discussion on the forum has been about the ability to see stats and maps restricted only to regions, systems, countries, continents, whatever, that a particular user is interested in. So you don't care about usaif and usaush and want to see your 100% on other systems in a given region, it would be good to be able to see that.

Maybe one of our forum admins could separate out that discussion into its own thread over there and link to it from here, and put a link to this Issue in that new thread.

I have a lot of thoughts about this but wanna see which way we can go first. I'll comment the prototype implementation one day 😃

It might make sense to replace/augment our current region.php and system.php functionality with a more general stats page that could select combinations of continents, countries, regions, systems and show stats for them.

A complication here is that country and continent stats are not in the DB, but since there is no cross-region overlap (is there?), summing them up should do it.

Proposal: Bonus systems category for making regular stats games easier to play

I propose a new categories for systems, alongside the existing active, preview and devel - 'bonus' (not-yet ready bonus systems would remain plain 'preview' or 'devel'). Stats, would - instead of 'active-only' and 'active & preview', would be 'active-only', 'active & bonus', and 'active, bonus & preview'.
