Keep ".list Tool" option when loading new route #532

When the option ".list Tool" is enabled in showroute.php, it is likely that the tool is used. When one loads the next route of the travel via the "Intersecting/Concurrent Routes:" of a wp, the ".list Tool" option should stay enabled.

@jteresco The ".list tool" feature works fine for years now. Can we simply enable the option per default so that one does not have to enable it with for route?

I mean, when I want to map travels on 20 routes, I need to enable it 20 times....

I guess the question then becomes whether there is any reason not to enable by default, or going even further, not even have the ability to toggle it on and off?

Also fine for me 😄

This is an old suggestion, but hasn't been acted on, so I'd like to bump it. I just spent a long time transcribing my voluminous trip logs into travelmapping, and think the .list Toolbox should be a permanent part of the showroute page. I think it shouldn't be a popup on the map, but instead should be located at the bottom of the left sidebar (not part of the scrollable waypoint list), and should always be enabled. I can't see any reason for it ever to be disabled. If you want to see the description of a segment without changing its selected state, just click it twice.

While I prefer it disabled by default, I could learn to live with it default enabled. I do think we should still be able to toggle it though. Perhaps store its on/off state in the cookie.

We certainly store the state of enough other options via a cookie. One more should be easy enough and offers the best of both worlds.
