usanp shields #621

Rather that road names abbreviated in brown squares, we could have the shield indicate the park and the city field indicate the name underneath.

I think these would look nice:

but I'm not aware of parks actually using the shields on their routes.

This would be an improvement IMO.

The Blue Ridge Parkway has a shield we could add, but the only files I find on a quick search are png, not svg.
