[B1][3] Crouching In Corners and By Crawl Spaces is Wonky #200

When standing next to a wall or by a crawl-space, the player can't crawl or crouch.

I think this was intentional before due to some issues with smoothly transitioning from crouch/crawl to wall-run, but this definitely feels terrible, man.
