[B1][5] Severe Lighting issues in the Bowels #201

The bowels section is lit terribly.

The white foreground has no lighting
The lighting is inconsistent/bad on decorative foreground objects like the purple vines
There are even scenes where the foreground is blacked-out....

It's bad enough that I almost want this to be a B0.

Did a pass on this to at least deal with the foreground blackout. To be honest...lighting might have to wait in general. So I'll probably strip out any lighting that exists outside of the boss for Chapter 0, then address it once the art is more finalized.
