Voding Ticket and SSR #205

Hello, We have voiding ticket with api, but after voiding, still the flight details and shows on viewtrip.com site. So i think after voiding ticket the ssr record is not delete..

please tell me we need to call any other api to void or delete ssr also?

Hi Alex0084,

Voiding ticket should have cancelled the ticket, but you might have to cancel the AirSegment using AirCancel. Please raise a ticket in https://my.travelport.com. Thanks.
