UNABLE TO FARE QUOTE - error during low fare shop #283

Hi,

We are using the latest wsdl's for air booking.

While doing a lowfare shop we are getting "UNABLE TO FARE QUOTE" error message while trying to get the response.

Below is the LowFareSearchReq xml.

Appreciate a quick response.

Hi fransgod,

Could you please remove the PermittedCarrier from the request and try again. Looks like it is unable to find any flights from DAX to BOM with carrier QF. Please let me know how it goes. Thanks.

Hi inventivesoft,

This is a valid error message when there is no available flights if available fares for the segments selected for AirPriceReq. This might happen in PreProduction system due to unavailability of test data. Could you please try with different city/Airport pairs and a date which is at least 1 Month in future from today's date. Please let us know how it goes. Thanks.

Hi vivekjyotipramanik,

I have tried many Locations with different dates but same error showing. Pre-production on demo have test data with same dates but not with my Credentials.

Could you please confirm if you are using trial credntilas or preproduction credentials. If you are using preproduction credentials please contact helpdesk and they will assist you. Please let us know how it goes. Thanks.

Could you please try again with the Trial credential request. Sometimes due to unavailability of credentials,. it is possible to get the message and as soon as the credential frees up, you will receive the mail with the credentials. Thanks.
