Authentication credentials are invalid #303

Hi @vivekjyotipramanik We are facing issues with our prod credentials (Universal API/uAPI3087480403-7411e459) and getting this errror when trying to make a UniversalRecordImportReq for example ` { "status":"76", "code":"Authentication Result Error Message Response (76): Authentication credentials are invalid.", "detail":"Authentication Result Error Message Response (76): Authentication credentials are invalid." } } }

Hi oldmonk7,

Looks like your account is locked. As you are using preproduction credential, Could you please create an ORS ticket. If you are using trial credentials please confirm. Thanks.

Thanks @vivekjyotipramanik I am using prod credentials for this request which is failing, though the pre-prod credentials are working as expected.

If you are having the problem in Production credentials, Please raise a ticket in ORS and if possible please call the helpdesk with the ticket number as reference. Thanks.
