Travelport hotel reservation status is Not Confirmed or cancelled

Hi Team,

I am trying to book the travelport hotel through travelport API, Lowfaresearch-success, HotelDetails-success and HotelCreateReservation we got the all PNR's but in response message we got the error as "The Travelport Rooms and More hotel reservation status is Not Confirmed or cancelled. Please contact the Hotel Aggregator directly for resolution" . Kindly give the solutions for this.
