Transaction Error: Procedure/5012 AirPriceReq #627

Hi, I'm getting this error while trying to query AirPrice API. Here's my request -

Hi, Your credentials does not seem to be Sandbox. Please open a ticket on MyTravelport https://my.travelport.com and some one would assist you. Rgds, Niranda

thanks for responding. Can i know what could cause this error?

Is something missing in my query/format etc?

What does it mean it's not sandboxed?

It's been working fine 2-3 days back and suddenly stopped working yesterday.

This channel only support for Sandbox users. our credentials seems to have Copy credentials.

HI, I am also getting Transaction Error: Procedure/5012

Universal API User ID:  Universal API/uAPI4748044502-e449a512

Branch Code (TargetBranch) for ProviderName (ProviderCode):  Branch Code for Galileo (1G): P7004112

Please help me

I am also getting the same error for AirPrice and FareRules.

Could you please help on the matter.
