GDSQueuePlace returning NO QUEUING PERFORMED - CHECK CITY #709

Hi,

We tried to place the PNR in to a specific queue but we got hit with this error: NO QUEUING PERFORMED - CHECK CITY. Any reason?

Hi zhanfoo13,

The queue management is available only to authorized Target Branches. Could you please request a ticket in My.Travelport.com to request for Queue functionality to your Target Branch. Thanks.
